Founder Heather Krablin spent 20+ years leading HR across financial services, retail, fashion, wine, and grocery. She's sat in the CHRO seat, partnered with CEOs and boards, and built HR functions from the ground up through rapid growth and complex turnarounds. That isn't textbook HR. It's in-the-seat experience brought directly to your organization.
